Joshua and the clinical staff at Sleep Somatics Diagnostic Center are amazing. I have been visiting this office for multiple months due to my insurance requirements and every time I'm there, I feel like Joshua truly cares about me getting restful sleep. The office even went as far as setting up a warranty repair for me. They handled the complete process from start to finish and kept me informed of the status along the way. I found this level of ownership and customer service extremely rare. It shows how much Joshua and the staff care about their profession, the company and their customers. Joshua has a wealth of knowledge in his field. He articulates himself well and explains confusing things clearly and in a manner that is easy to understand. He is thorough, patient, and a pleasure to speak with. I am truly glad to have used Sleep Somatics services. Also, I saw a review where someone was unhappy with the parking spaces. There are other businesses nearby and a food truck in the parking lot, but with that said I have not had a single issue parking. There are designated parking spaces for Sleep Somatics customers.
